However, ex-schoolboard member William Geheren (voted out in 2023) is actively pushing & recommending his own slate via facebook.
And it seems like it is gaining traction with some democrats:

A NGO [Non-Governmental Organization] popped up on facebook ~6:15pm on 3/15/25 and it is unclear how it is funded.

Apparently, being actively supported by the Huntley Area Dems with signs and a booth at the expo is non-partisan?

These are two different fb pages. The NGO page was perhaps created as a way for Huntly Area Dems to support candidates discreetly. The slate calls themselves ‘Candidates for All Kids – D158 School Board Election 2025’
