From the campaign of Nunda Township Road Commissioner Mike Lesparence:
Rob Parrish and Mike Shorten trying to bride voters with donuts and coffee at a Polling Place.

In a last ditch effort, our opponent Rob Parrish, was caught outside of the polling station at the Nunda Township Office with Mike Shorten, trying to bride voters with donuts and coffee.
Their dirty tricks never cease to amaze us.
Under state law, certain activities are restricted near polling places to ensure fair elections.
While the donuts and coffee were handed out without charge, the act of electioneering or offering any kind of material reward is illegal in Illinois.
Looks like Cook County politics has come to Nunda Township.
