Fromthe Woodstock Fire/Rescue Distrit:

On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 4:34 p.m., the Woodstock Fire/Rescue District responded to a reported vehicle crash at 1670 South Eastwood Drive in Woodstock.

Upon arrival, crews found a vehicle that had struck the storefront of United Medical Supplies, located within a commercial strip mall.

The adult male driver was outside the vehicle speaking with police and reported no injuries.

Fortunately, the business was closed at the time of the crash.

The owner had closed early that day, and no one was inside when the vehicle struck the building.

The crash caused moderate damage to the building, including broken windows, damage to the brick façade, and minor damage to items inside the store.

Representatives from the Woodstock Building Department were requested to evaluate the extent of the structural damage.

The driver was assessed by paramedics on scene but declined further medical treatment.

The Woodstock Police Department is investigating the circumstances of the crash.
