Remember that abortion clinic that was on a main east-west street in northern Rockford?
It was owned a chiropractic/acupuncture clinic owner by a Pro-Life man of Chinese descent whose daughter wouldn’t have a baby unless he moved to California to live with his wife.
So when he found a buyer, he sold it. No problem with his clinic in Hoffman Estates; that office was rented.
Local Rockford Pro-Lifers, alerted by McHenry County Blog’s story, took up the fight, picketed the place and challenged its zoning in court.
The Pro-Lifers won.
