Single vehicle crash near Hebron
A 26-year-old Hanover Park male was injured following a single vehicle crash in the 11400 block of Price Road, in unincorporated Hebron.
On today’s date, at approximately 7:15 a.m., members of the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office, Alden Hebron Fire Protection District responded to a crash involving a 2023 Isuzu Box Truck and a tree.
Preliminary investigation indicates that the 2023 Isuzu Box Truck was traveling eastbound on Price Road, exited the left side of the roadway and struck a tree.
The driver had to be extricated from the truck.
The driver was flown by LifeNet from the scene to Condell Medical Center in Libertyville and is listed in critical condition.
The driver was wearing his seatbelt.
The investigation is ongoing and is being investigated by the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office Major Traffic Crash Investigation Unit.
