Illinois used to have a publication called the Illinois Journalism Review.

It was mimeographed and offered critiques, mainly of Illinois newspapers.

If it were still in existence, the publication would be having a field day.

This is my second article today pointing out the bias in Chicago media. (First article here.)

Border Czar Tom Holman took on Governor JB Pritzker for going with the fiction that ICE agents came to a Chicago grade school.

The run-up to Governor JB Pritzker’s lie started with the Chicago School Board CEO Martinez telling “MSNBC Friday that ICE agents visited an elementary school on the Southwest Side earlier that morning,” Fox reported.

“‘[Martinez] knew they were Secret Service agents because I talked to the people involved,’ Homan explained. ‘They left their credentials. He knew exactly who were there. So he lied. Again, sowing fear in the immigrant community.'”

Continuing, “‘After a week of Republicans sowing fear and chaos, the first reports of raids in Chicago are at an elementary school,’ Pritzker wrote Friday, sharing a ChalkBeat.org report. ‘Targeting children and separating families is cruel and un-American.'”

In its article about how suburban police departments are reacting, the Daily Herald used an Associated Press photo of demonstrating in front of the elementary school in question:
