  • payment of premium due for term life insurance in the amount of twice Austin’s annual base salary.
  • accrual of sick and vacation leave on an annual basis at the highest rate provided to any other employees
  • accrual of all unused leave, without limit, and in the event Austin’s employment is terminated, either voluntarily or involuntarily, he shall be compensated for all accrued vacation time, sick time [added for the first time], all paid holidays, and other benefits to date. If the Employee’s vacation balance exceeds 225 hours, then he may request a payout of unused vacation time at the end of each fiscal year at the current rate of pay
  • enrollment in and paying for the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund making all the appropriate contributions on the Employee’s behalf, for both the Employer and Employee share required
