At approximately 2:45 PM on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at 7th Circle, Marengo, the Marengo Police Department arrested Anna Davis, 34, of 7th Circle, Marengo, for the following alleged offense; Cruel Treatment to Animal.
Anna Davis was cited and released with a Notice to Appear in court.
