Crystal Lake Randall Road Widening on Horizon

Upcoming Construction of Randall Road from Polaris Drive/Acorn Lane to Ackman Road

WOODSTOCK, Ill . – The McHenry County Division of Transportation (MCDOT) is preparing to begin construction of the next phase of the Randall Road Corridor improvement project.

The public is invited to attend an open house regarding improvements that are planned for the stretch of Randall Road from Polaris Drive/Acorn Lane to Ackman Road.

If the public is interested in learning more about what is planned to be accomplished during this portion of the project, please join the MCDOT on Tuesday, April 29 th , 2025, from 5:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M. at the Lake in the Hills Village Hall.

The Lake in the Hills Village Hall is located at 600 Harvest Gate Road, Lake in the Hills, Il 60156.

Attendees will have the opportunity to view project exhibits, speak with members of the project team and get details about potential construction impacts, detours and anticipated road closures.

The MCDOT wants to provide this informal event as a valuable opportunity for residents, commuters and local business owners to stay informed and ask questions about the project.
