Annual Business Registration due by April 30th
Please be advised that, Chapter 7 of the Johnsburg Municipal Code requires all businesses with buildings, premises or operating from a residence (Zoning Sec. 7.5 Home Occupations) in the Village to register with the Village Clerk no later than April 30th of each year.
The Business Registration Form along with an annual registration fee of $25.00 must be submitted to the Village Clerk by April 30th.
The fee shall be waived for not-for-profit businesses, please make certain to submit supportive correspondence with your application.
