From the Marengo Police:
At approximately 2:30 PM on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 3701 Doty Rd, Woodstock, IL, the Marengo Police Department arrested Mauricio Lopez, 28, of E. Grant Hwy, Marengo, for the following alleged offenses;
- Attempt Disarm Peace Officer,
- Aggravated Assault on Peace Officer, and
- two counts of Resisting a Peace Officer.
Mauricio Lopez was transferred to the custody of the McHenry County Jail at 3:25 PM on 04/23/2025.
