• November 5, 2012 Patrick L. Scales, age 42, of 146 Sunflower Ln., Bartlet, IL was arrested for driving while license suspended and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Mr. Scales posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of December 14, 2012.
• November 5, 2012 A burglary to motor vehicle report was taken in a parking lot the 13300 block of Village Green Dr. A handicap sticker was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
• November 5, 2012 Vincent M. Valenziano, age 21, of 11624 E. Main St. #3a, Huntley, IL was arrested on an outstanding McHenry County warrant for failure to appear in court on a DUI Charge. Mr. Valenziano posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of December 13, 2012.
• November 6, 2012 Brandon R. Brockmeyer, age 29, of 11807 Woodcreek #E, Huntley, IL was arrested on two counts of unlawful consumption of an intoxicating compound. Mr. Brockmeyer was transported to Kane County jail to await bond.
• November 6, 2012 A retail theft report was taken at a business in the 12300 block of Rt. 47. A video recorder was stolen.
• November 6, 2012 A burglary from motor vehicle report was taken in a parking lot in the 10400 block of Algonquin Rd. The passenger side window of the vehicle was shattered and a purse was stolen.
• November 6, 2012 Katherine Z. Chonko, age 46, of 2889 Talaga Dr., Algonquin, IL was arrested on an outstanding Kane County warrant for failure to appear in court on a criminal trespass to land charge. Ms. Chonko posted bond and was released with a Kane County court date of November 28, 2012.
• November 7, 2012 A 14 year old male from Huntley was arrested for retail theft, possession of cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The juvenile was released to his father and will attend peer jury.
• November 8, 2012 Bradon R. Brockmeyer, age 29, of 45W525 Allan, Hampshire, IL was arrested for criminal trespass to land and inhaling an intoxicating compound. Mr. Brockmeyer posted bond and was released with a Kane County court date of December 14, 2012.
• November 9, 2012 Two criminal damage to property reports were taken at Wiess Park, 9901 Bennington Dr. A restroom and an electric meter were damaged.
• November 9, 2012 A burglary to motor vehicle report was taken in a parking lot in the 10400 block of Algonquin Rd. The passenger side widow was shattered and a purse was stolen.
