The biggest dairy operation in the area is Rock Prairie Dairy at Scharine Road & Route 14 in Avalon, Wisconsin (Rock County), about 23 miles from Harvard, between Darien and Janesville. It milks a little under 5,000 cows per day. Which would be (50) 100 head dairy farms.
