Illinois’ Deepest December Snow in Bull Valley

According to Illinois State Climatologist Jim Angel at the Illinois State Water Survey, McHenry County’s Bull Valley got more snow than any other part of the state:

24.3 inches

Didn’t get a photo of deep snow in Bull Valley, but did snap this one of turkeys crossing Mason Hill Road.

  2. I heard yesterday there are turkeys in Crystal Lake, too.

    Near the mobile home park across Sands Road from Home Depot.
