Drug Dealer Gets Five Years

From the McHenry County State’s Attorney:

ROBERT WALROD SENTENCED TO FIVE YEARS IN THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR THE OFFENSE OF POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WITH INTENT TO DELIVER

Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that Robert Walrod, 41, of McHenry, Illinois, was sentenced to five years in the Illinois Department of Corrections by Honorable Judge Michael Coppedge after pleading guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, a Class 1 Felony.

On July 31, 2018, Walrod was stopped traveling from Chicago to McHenry. It was discovered that he had heroin in his possession that he intended to sell in McHenry.

This case was investigated by members of the McHenry County Sheriff’s Department.

This case was prosecuted by Brian Miller of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office.

  2. More low hanging fruit. I never read about Kenneally winning any major case’s a first year law student wouldn’t have won.

    Too many toys (Cars, jet skis, speedboats, vacays on ships, etc.)

    What could possibly go wrong with showering him with material things all his child/adolescent life?
