In his quest for the Illinois House of Representatives, Woodstock Mayor Brian Sager has mailed another piece.
It contains both a positive pitch for himself and a negative pitch for his opponent, incumbent Republican Steve Reick.
Sager is the first Democrat running for State Representative in our area to say he will not vote for Mike Madigan for Speaker.

That’s a pretty terrible mail piece design.
So many words. Distracting and confusing.
Says in big writing that Steve Reick wants to lower taxes.
The message is good, but good luck getting voters to understand it through that mess of a piece.
Messaging born from the mind of a degenerate.
Actually it exposes Reick for what he is: A Madigan whoring RINO.
Of course Sager will break his promise.
But Madigan ain’t giving Sager a cent, so he must be ‘just fine’ with reeky Reick!

The answer is yes.
Democrats are tax raisers, period.
Don’t forget the Sager Woodstock 10 cent bag tax.
For example, a 50% increase for a license plate.
Gas tax increase and on and on.
