A Friend of McHenry County Blog took a photo of the people holding a pro-mask rally across the street from the anti-mask for children rally on Route 14 Saturday.

Besides the supporters of Governor JB Pritzker’s mandatory mask wearing by all students, Friends of McHenry County Blog sent the following shots.
Accompanying the first four, which were taken at the beginning of the rally, was this observation by a Citizen Journalist:
Stopped by the UnMask Our Kids Gathering around Noon today.
“Kids Should Not Wear Masks in School!!” and “Parents Choice, No Masks” signs were on this vehicle.
About 70 people there, with many more filing in as I was leaving. It was going to go to 3pm so imagine that 70 number got much higher.
Some creative signs, a man with a bull horn shouting for folks to honk, which many did
“Chance of Being Killed by lightning 1 in 0.0007, by Covid (age 10-18) 1 in 0.0005. (age 5-9) 1 in 0.0001”
A Very positive kind of gathering.
One masked man, alone in his car waiting at the light was giving the finger to the man in the bullhorn, and pulled the mask down long enough to shout an F and a You, so that was special.
Seemed to be a number of signs with “District 155” referenced on them, so imagine they were parents of 155 students there.
