In both a strongly-worded phone call and the letter below, the Operating Engineers Union have been trying to persuade their members to vote for Democrat Pat Quinn.
The union praises Quinn’s signing of a capital (read tax hike and video gambling) bill, the proceeds of which would finance public works projects.
