Also moving to the Panhandle is former Nunda Township Supervisor Charles Nelson, who is not a fan of Pack’s time in McHenry County.

He asks that people who can send links to Northwest Herald articles about Pack relating to Pack’s “series of monumental screw ups, i.e., the false [but successful] prosecution of the Spring Grove guy [Gary Gauger for murder], the killing of the Mexican dishwasher by the underage girl at the John Evans Inn, DUI non-[prosecutions], and all other misconduct personal and professional to be brought to the attention of my new organization, the Bay County Republican Committee. “

  1. A real fraud!

He’s down in Florida getting yet another pension as a parole officer!

The Ganger case should haunt his lying butt the rest of his life, and beyond.

Thank God people caught on to him!

  2. So former Nunda Township Supervisor Charles Nelson Riley, or was it “Crazy Charlie” Nelson during his four years (1997-2001) is trying to torpedo Gary Pack again.

Well, so much for quiet retirements for both men.

OK, a couple of things to note from this article:

    – The Republican primary for all down ballot offices in Florida is August 18
    – Florida is a closed-primary state, meaning you must declare a party affiliation when you register to vote, so any crossovers from Democrats requires a change in voter registration prior to August 18.

  3. Pack was lazy and venal.

Many of young asst SA’s who slept around are now judges.

No wonder the McHenry Co courthouse is filed with corruption.

  4. Pack was a really bad atty who claimed to be an ‘independent” against old man Baker.

But he was Al Jourdan’s footstool, court jester and bagboy for Fat Al.

Hillary Packard called Pack a fake.

And then there the infamous Depner case Pack botched very badly.

  5. Bianchi looks great next to Gary Pack and Patrick D. Kenneally!

Yet so would Gomer Pyle and Boy George!
