In one of the Northwest Herald’s continuing series of Jack Franks-boosting articles, it reported that Franks had called Governor JB Pritzker to urge him to allow McHenry County to open earlier than the rest of the Chicago metropolitan area.
The Governor, who has made $5,000 contributions to Franks, apparently was not convinced.
Now comes evidence of the nature of the relationship between Franks and Pritzker.
Capitol Fax is reporting on a photo of Pritzker and Franks taken in Fontana which, Rich Miller reports was widely shared on Facebook and Twitter.
I use neither of them, but two Friends of McHenry County Blog did forward the images.

Capitol Fax provides another photo from the same day of McHenry County’s top Democrat and Illinois’ top Democrat (well, if one doesn’t count Mike Madigan, who also hangs on around Lake Geneva).
Didn’t realize they’ve been buddying up since 2019 in regards to current events.
Are they time travelers or is this an old article from an alternate reality where the pandemic happened a year earlier somehow?
