Former McHenry County Deputy Sheriff and 2010 Republican Primary Election opponent of long-time Sheriff Keith Nyrgen, now retired in Florida, is now the ranking federal police officer on Beale Air Force Base.

The base is located northeast of San Francisco about 45 minutes from Napa Valley.

His official title is “Chief of Civilian Police/Guard Force.”

He works with and supplement the men and women of the 9th Security Forces Squadron.

He is in the process of hiring 18 new civilian police officers.

Zane Seipler got good press in the May 15th Glenn County Transcript, something that eluded him in McHenry County.
