  1. **I doubt the Ron DeSantis for President PAC, NeverBackDown.org, will waste money running this in Illinois**

You know that Desantis has win the primary, right?

Seems like he’d want to compete here…

  2. Shake, he might run ads in places like Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Nevada, or whatever states are having their primaries/caucuses first and then have pollsters figure out how he’s hypothetically doing.

He absolutely would need to run ads in Illinois, but you won’t necessarily be seeing them soon since Illinois is not one of the first states to vote.

As to his potential candidacy (which he has announced an exploratory committee on and is expected to make a formal decision sometime in May): Meh.

DeSantis started out hot but lost me and several others when he tried to reassure his donors about foreign policy by repeating establishment rhetoric about Russia and now he’s in Israel doing Israel stuff (including some anti-free speech stuff).

Trump has his own problems too but he’s the front runner and we already know him.

DeSantis should sit this one out, think about national policy for a bit, and then come back later. He is still relatively young.

Running now could prove to be disastrous since he would almost certainly lose to Trump and that would harm him going forward.

He has too many consultants and donors telling him to run because he’s the only potential challenger who is even breaking double digits, but he still consistently loses to Trump in polls so idk why he would waste his time, waste people’s money, embarrass himself and blow his political capital.

There are other candidates such as Nikki Haley, Asa Hutchinson, Vivek Ramaswamy, Larry Elder, Perry Johnson, and possibly Chris Sununu, Tim Scott, and Mike Pence.

None are polling well but the point is it’s already a crowded field with candidates not named Trump competing for the same voters.

    It’s too split.

It would be difficult to defeat Trump one on one let alone in a crowded field.

It would be wise for DeSantis to sit this one out.

  3. Amp. Well he was in DC for a while before Trump got him into the FL Governors mansion. I suspect he is compromised and they have something on him just like all those Epstein perverts. The Mossad/CIA is making sure they stay in power.

I’ll agree with Correcting that Trump is a proven quantity. What’s happened is the swamp media pounds in the head of the simps on a daily basis Trump Trump Trump just like Russia Russia Russia. Their psy op’d existence makes it just want to go away. Those that are awake see it clearly.

  4. What a piece of crap DeSantis is:

    https://www.informationliberation.com/?id=63730

“The Free State of Florida” is on the cusp of having the most oppressive hate crime laws in America in order to “combat anti-Semitism.”

HB 269/SB 994, which sponsor Rep. Randy Fine (R) said earlier this year was written to make hate-filled anti-Semitic “littering” (aka leafleting) a felony punishable by five years in prison, has been passed unanimously by the GOP-controlled Florida House and Senate with zero concerns for the First Amendment.

I will never vote for that piece of crap.

  5. “Koziol” feels oppressed, so won’t go to Florida.

    It’s a win!

  6. I really like him, but since cov!d I have low trust in most things other then God.

  7. I’m not buying the media narrative that Trump has the nomination won already.

There’s about a year to go to the primaries.

A lot can happen, and probably will!

I supported Trump and will vote for him if he is the nominee.

On the other hand, DeSantis has done so many positive things, without the 24/7 drama!

Yes, Trump is a known quantity.

Unfortunately, he produces clouds of bluster, but often only mixed results.

  8. It’s not a media narrative, it’s just about every poll showing the same thing: a huge Trump lead.

On top of that, it’s basic math; it’s 2016 all over again.

Trump has a certain segment of the Republican Party locked up.

That’s probably 40 percent on the worst day.

In 2016 he only won like 45 percent of the vote, still won.

Too many people splitting the ticket.

If Trump gets 45 percent again and the other 55 percent gets split between the others, it’s over.

Unless DeSantis can win >80 percent of the non-Trump vote.

If it’s some state where Trump can win 45-50 percent there’s pretty much no way another person wins.

    I don’t see it happening.

There are “moderate” Republicans who don’t like DeSantis and are looking at folks such as Haley.

There are old people who want Pence to run.

There will be candidates who perform better in their home state.

Republicans use a lot of winner take all allocation too.

You could have a scenario where Trump gets 45 percent of the vote and DeSantis gets 43 (let’s say 12 percent goes to others) and Trump could end up with all of the delegates from that state.

Trump is going to have a fairly high “floor” in every state while it’s not clear how DeSantis would do in many states.

Think about how Trump did on Super Tuesday in 2016.

Now he has the benefit of already being president and Republicans approving of his performance.

He’d do just as well, probably better.

If there’s crossover votes it will be Dems supporting Trump because they are being told he’s the easiest candidate to defeat — same as 2016.

You’ll have election results for the first few states in 9 months, Jeff.

    Early February.

The first debate for the 2020 primary was in late June of 2019, so we could have debates for the primary within a few months.

DeSantis will get hounded by the media just as hard if not harder than Trump.

Don’t kid yourself that Trump makes it worse because of “drama.”

The media called Mitt Romney a fascist too.

The difference is Trump knows how to handle the media while DeSantis has not sparred with primetime/national media.

He will lose his cool and get rattled because the donors surrounding him are making him feel *entitled* to be the victor.

Trump does not care what the media says.

I have never seen him get angry.

  9. DeSantis is compromised.

    It’s as simple as that.

    I originally thought that
his junket to Israel and bill signing there for the benefit and ‘protection’ of Jews in Florida, was an Onion or Babylon Bee hoax.

But it wasn’t. So, if I put out a flyer that criticised the federal reserve bank’s Yellin for her stupidity, the Ukrainian cokehead faggot Zelenskyy for the personal theft of US taxpayer money; the pedophiles Epstein & Ghislaine Maxwell or the goon Fatty Pritzker, in Florida, I’ll be charged with anti-Semitic
    ‘Hate crime’.

This kinda proves Jews power abuse.

I’m beginning to connect the dots with who really runs things —- and who wrecked the country.

  10. Monk don’t you even think there’s plenty of bad optics in DeSantis’ Israeli bill signing?

That’s the first time in US history a sitting governor signed a bill in a foreign country.

And nobody finds this bizarre, even when criticism of that country is criminalized?

    Wow!

Probably not bc you are a tard.

  11. “Monk don’t you even think there’s plenty of bad optics in DeSantis’ Israeli bill signing?”

No, because I’m not fixated on Jews like you are.

  12. The “bad optics” are that he is seen as beholden to a group when he signs a bill (the law of the land) that applies to his jurisdiction while he is away in a foreign country, and that bill benefits a certain group of people and the country where he is signing the law.

Imagine the president going to Beliz and signing a bill there giving them a check for 5 billion dollars.

People would accuse the president of being a puppet of Beliz.

I see Trump and DeSantis as similar on this issue by the way.

In fact, minus some far left politicians and the super rare Republican like Thomas Massie, politicians will give the Israel lobby anything it asks for.

    https://www.sun-sentinel.com/2018/08/14/trump-approves-largest-ever-aid-package-to-israel/

I don’t think you can call one beholden to Jews or Zionists and not the other.

It would be hypocritical to say that.

If you criticize DeSantis for it, you have to criticize Trump for it and vice versa.

  13. To those who say “DeSantis ‘had’ to do this to cinch at least part of the Jewish vote”, I say that means our first amendment rights are disposable to please some dual (if that) loyalist Jews.

When the government equates criticism of something with a felony “hate” crime, it’s time to get rid of that government.

  14. “I’m beginning to connect the dots with who really runs things —- and who wrecked the country.”

It’s easier with pushpins and colored yarn.

  15. Seems like Mellow Monk is a Jew.

Took ‘monk’ as a sort of Christian moniker to throw off suspicion, but if you go back he’s a Taddlema weeb, and ad hominem attacker of anybody who exposes Jews or their skullduggery.

And he feels it’s just fine for DeSantis to kow tow to the Jewish Lobby.

    Another (self) chosenite.

Here’s an article Jews like Mellow won’t like at all. They want to censor and criminalize such things.

  16. JT, Seal Team 6 was deliberately and callously eradicated within a few months of their fake Bin Laden slaying.

Don’t take my word for it, dozens of the decedents’ next of kin and navy buddies are saying it.

Too many of them knew about the fakery…. So the ZOG in DC erased them. Too many loose ends, too many loose lips of 9/11 bs.

Too far fetched? Did you ever hear of Secretary of Defense Forrestal, or Pat Tillman?
    https://allthatsinteresting.com/pat-tillman-death

  17. Heh, heh, monk.

I see you don’t deny your blood.

Me a ‘Nazi’…….. uh, I hardly think so.

I’m 7/8 Turkish if you must know, and 1/8 Crimean Tatar.

Although the German army when they sailed through Crimea pretty much ignored my Great Grandfather’s family, the Soviets, before and after the Germans came, were decidedly less benign, hence their ‘49 flight to Persia, ending up in Turkey.

NonEuropean, although I did study engineering in France and Germany.

Sorry I don’t fit your stereotypes.

  18. Lepre, Tillman died because he fell for the psy op perpetrated on the masses that 911 was caused by planes and not a controlled implosion. I fell for it too until I got red pilled after 2020.

Why engage with the quip machine Monk. He sits in a 40 yr old LazyBoy smoking dope all day and can’t handle truth unless it comes out of the CIA owned MSM.

I hope you watch my post at 12:44 if you didn’t already. The drip drip drip is getting better so blue pilled like Monk under the spell of his dope might finally wake up

  19. I love it. Desanctimonious is trying to take credit for moving the US Embassy to Jerusalem. Trump did it.

  20. Nobody cares where the embassy is, JT.

Trump and DeSantis are both idiots for constantly talking about what they’re doing for Israel.

Talk about what you’re going to do for America.

I don’t care about Israel. Why are these two arguing about who loves Israel more?

The average person does not think about Israel at all; it’s completely meaningless.

  21. I have trouble seeing how Trump will run for office when he has been indicted with cases pending in 5 or 6 places (NY hush money; GA election interference; FL or D.C. documents; D.C. Jan 6 and Wire Fraud; NY bank and tax fraud).

Right now the overwhelming majority of independent and moderate votes think he is disgusting and will not vote for him even against Biden (if Biden is still alive and compos mentis).

  22. Here’s one for JT, there is now speculation that Trump signed a blanket pardon for himself before leaving office. LOL

  23. I don’t think that a President can legally pardon himself and it has no effect on state prosecutions.

Did he pardon himself by “just thinking about it”?

  24. State he can’t pardon, Federal, it’s never been tried. Speculation. But it wouldn’t surprise me if he tries it.

  25. “Talk about what you’re going to do for America.” He doesn’t have to talk what he is going to do, already doing it, furthering the divide. That is what he wants to do. It gets him elected to sooth his ego.

  26. Trump will say that Pardon was in some boxes he used to have in Florida.
