UPDATE: The Return of Algonquin Township Trustee Ed Zimel, BOARD CUTS NON-APPROVED FUNK PATRONAGE HIRE TO PART-TIME POSITION

Algonquiin Township held a special meeting August 17, 2023, but, again, there were only four members of the Township Board in attendance.

There were four Algonquin Township Board members present. Missing was Supervisor Randy Funk, the man Ed Zimel believes was behind the State’s Attorney’s court case to oust him from the Township Board.

  1. Almost all townships have patronage pukes like Funky Funk.

    And quite a few of those are payroll ghosts.

    Ask Township Highway Commissioners Goad (Greenwood) and Condon (McHenry).

    An investigation ought to be conmenced agaist these gnawing rats.

  2. That professional investigation should have been done during the Miller years and IMO would have revealed a money laundering and payout scheme to others in MC.

    Kenneally, IMO was backed in 2016 to cover it up by someone involved who had leverage in his selection and controled him like ‘Howdy Doody’.

  3. IMO, these Townships such as Algonquin Township are fertile grounds for theft.

    Hypothetically thinking, by having the right protection layers in place at the MC Courthouse for example would go a long way in providing a shield from investigations, prosecutions or referral to State Law Enforcement.

    Give credit where credit is due as this rivals those in the financial service sector. Money talks.
