Democrat Tim Mapes Guilty of Perjury and Obstruction of Justice
Mapes was Mike Madigan’s right-hand man for decades.
They controlled everything and their Democrat members and staffers said nothing for years. In this WGN article, one of the most progressive, outspoken Democrat woman legislators had the gall to make this statement about the guilty verdict,
“Today’s verdict is a vindication for those who, over the years, were willing to stand up and speak out in the face of injustice and abuse by Mapes and his boss.”
No one in the Democrat party and none of the staff stood up until it was comfortable for them to do so.
What a completely disingenuous statement by State Rep. Kelly Cassidy, D-Chicago.
These Democrats let the corruption happen.
Can’t wait to hear what they say about Madigan when he goes on trial next April.
I believe that several McHenry County individuals are going to be charged in connection with Madigan. Any names come to mind?
