This idea of posting out-migration numbers, means nothing to someone in McHenry or Humboldt Park who has never left his provincial neighborhood.
I always knew Illinois was an overpriced corrupt hellhole, but didn’t realize how bad, until I bought a 4 Bd, 3 Ba new construction on Lake Lanier in Ga. and the tax bill was $484 per year.
No Problem!,,, Plenty of illegals ( I mean migrants) to replenish the population.
