They pulled the same stunt 2 days before Christmas on a section of Mannheim Road near the airport.
Was flying out that day but luckily didn’t impact me, but could see many frustrated travelers outside of their cars just standing there.
State Police, CPD were doing nothing about it either at the time–many parked their own cars along the side of the road and let them “Protest”.
Poor people today inconvenienced by this.
Lucky me gets to go to the airport tommorrow afternoon, glad its cleared.
Curious if they can find a better way to protest that might win them some new supporters.
I doubt it.
That bunch seems determined to wipe Israel off the face of the Earth, not much wiggle room with Peace and/or 2 State Solution–just extermination of Israel and Jewish people.

get to remote parking via finding best way to 72 to 45 to Bessie Coleman Drive.
Take the people mover from there.
Not enough traffic in that area for them to set up a Protest.
Biggest obstacle might be Remote Parking Full–which it always is after a certain time, until they finish the International Terminal and Employees can park there, right now they close Remote early, (saving space for O’Hare employees) send you to Full Pay (rip off) as there’s not always someone in remote to give you the discounted fare ticket because its Full.

I took Rt 14 all the way to Ohare last week, and other than stoplights, it was smoother and cheaper than the “toll-all-way”
