On the Michael Brown case, there were elements in Ferguson, Missouri that were intimidating witnesses and telling them that they should tell the police and investigators that Brown put up his hands.
Fortunately, the U.S. Justice Department’s investigation was able to get the truth from witnesses.
Brown attacked the police officer in the police car and tried to take his gun.
Then, later on the street, Brown a very big guy disobeyed the police officer’s command and started running at and charging the police officer.
The police officer was cleared by the U.S. Justice Department headed by Attorney General Eric Holder during the Obama Administration.
