Since Skala appears to be clueless let me be blunt.
Mike, sending pictures of yourself and Andy, who is again violating policies and laws by wearing a uniform shirt to a political function, you have proven you do not have the sense or character to represent District 5.
I will do everything I can to keep you from being elected.
I am a District 5 voter.
Why isn’t Andy the clown in full uniform.
He had the FULL uniform in at a REPUBLICAN fundraiser just a few months ago, talk about a Ethics Violation and a complete embarrassment to all Law Enforcement.
After seeing that, I do have to think anything goes in McHenry County, taxpayers should be OUTRAGED.
