In reality, this bozo stepped in front of a train.
The train did not hit the bozo as it was the bozo’s act which caused the problem.
We are all responsible for our own actions, and the consequences thereof.
I am reminded of Pig Pagano walking in front of a commuter train to commit suicide and avoid indictments.
I feel sorry for the horor the engineer has gone through as he tried to stop a train which he had no chance to prevent the collision.
I very strongly feel respect is in order for the deceased (rather than cold heartedly referring to the deceased as “Bozo”) with sincere sympathy extended to loved ones.
The manner in which he/she passed was his/her choice as a direct result of excrutiating emotional pain.
