The big turnout in the Republican primary has Democrat Jack Franks running scared from Steve Reick’s challenge.
I emphasize DEMOCRAT because Frank’s disappearing act on recent votes reflects I believe ,a tactic to obscure his ties to Democrats and his Lordship Micheal Madigan.
It is a clever move and most likely done with Madigan’s permission.
Although Madigan is infamous for his imperious rule, he is clever enough to recognize holding Franks too close to heel could Damage him in a District like the 63rd.
Frank’s had tried to curry a reputation for”independence”by occasionally stepping out of the traces.
But these are times in which these kinds of kabuki games cannot be tolerated.

Lord Madigan and his minions have established a stranglehold on the the legislature that has allowed only one course of action:spend and tax; spend more and tax more….
In consequence Illinois residents and homeowners must bear a crushing tax burden , which still leaves Illinois Debt growing relentlessly.
Madigan’s rule has put Illinois into a fiscal death spiral.
The key to Madigan’s power is the supermajority of Democrats he controls in the House.
He has turned the Illinois legislature into his personal fiefdom and it’s legislators into his vassals.
No Bill moves with out his permission.
In the end all must kiss his ring.
So the real question that needs to put to our” independent”Rep. Jack Frank’s is YES or NO …
when the 100th session of the General Assembly convenes Will you vote to for or against continuing the rule of Michael Madigan?
We know how Steve Reick will vote.
Reick won’t be able to get a bill out of rules.
You want a diminished sense of representation?
Vote Reick!

For Madigan and Franks “Out of Sight, out of mind.

There are democrats who do not like Madigan.
You fell short of linking Franks to Madigan.
Please highlight Reick’s accomplishments if you find him to be a stronger more qualified candidate than Franks.

Madigan and Franks are leaders in “The Evil Empire.” Their goal is to obtain power in order to CONTROL every aspect of YOUR life and MONEY. It is an absolute must to vote them and every controlling democrat out of office.

Jack Franks is a key to Michael Madigan holding Spermajority power in the State House of Representatives.
Jack Franks accused Governor Bruce Rauner of being a union buster, calling reforms union busting.
Jack Franks is beholden to the unions.
The House Rules Committee is in need of reform, along with a long list of needed reforms in Illinois.
With Rauner in office it has become more clear where the allegiances of Jack Franks lie.
Jack Franks voted for underfunded legislative pension benefit hikes to already underfunded pensions.
Those hikes are contractual and cannot be diminished or impaired due to the pension sentence added to the Illinois State Constitution on December 15, 1970.
Thus those pension benefit hikes result in the worst type of tax hike.
Ditto retiree healthcare.
And pensions are the #1 fiscal problem in Illinois.
Madigan has ruled this State for decades.
The people have had enough.
Mark is so right, Franks is beholden to the unions and more specifically the Local 150.
Those Local boys have an enormous amount of power in this state.
We the people are responsible for reforming this State.
We can no longer sit by an allow them trample over our lives.
Time to vote Jack Franks our of office.
