  1. wow–that was fast, incident in November, sentenced by January.

    Copped a plea.

Any reason ever given for the burning of a Postal Vehicle?

Anti Govt freak, arsonist, or mail delivery complaint?

btw since someone else asked====Tick Tock—meow.

    Where’s Hickory Dickory Dock guy?

  2. Ughhh, less than 6 years really.

Will he fill out a PO change of address card to get his mail in stir?

  3. ‘Negotiated Plea’ ?

Sounds about right with Patrick Kenneally on duty!

Kenneally couldn’t have gotten a conviction and convinced a Jury if he had a dozen eye witnesses of Durkee pouring gas on the Postal Vehicle and asking for a match.

    ‘ Anybody But Kenneally 2020 ‘

  4. **Took a Democratic Party ballot the last 3 primaries!**

According to the voter file, there is no James Durkee from Woodstock that is registered to vote.

  5. The guy is lucky the U.S. Attorney didn’t take over the case.

There’s no parole in the federal system.
