It does not suspend the open meetings act. It only suspends two portions and appears to only apply to those conducting State business and State Agencies.
I’d like it and any future versions of this applicable to local governments to mandate live video feeds for any meeting not made available for in-person meetings; else, don’t hold the meeting.
