Illinois Secretary of State’s Driver’s License Facilities Closing Saturday Starting in September

If you are a regular working stiff, on the job from Monday through Friday, you will have to take off work to go to what people incorrectly call the DMV.

The new Secretary of State had decided that this offices will be a Monday-Friday operation.

Jesse White kept his offices open on Saturda as a convenience to the public. His successor Alex Giannoulias won’t.

A rather significant change from the Jesse White days.

  1. I only ask, that the free government genital fondling, at our nation’s airports, continues.

  2. First he drove Broadway Bank into bankruptcy costing the FDIC 383 million
and now he’s aiming to screw the working people by closing the SOS offices on Saturday
in a blatant move meant to garner votes from all the DEMOCRAT patronage “workers” who are
    already grifting off the taxpayers.

Better start making your appointments for your next
DL renewal now because that line is about to become even longer that before.

Alexi D. – your typical DEMOCRAT corruptocrat out for himself and his party above all else.

  3. That is sure not for the working class people!! So who does he think he works for?? I think the people!! Next time voting comes along, vote him out!!! But I think he’s appointed?? Demorats

  4. I’m not from McHenry County, but this is at all 3 facilities near me within 28 miles.

Closest is a 20 minute drive, and I work Monday through Friday.

They are pushing the online stuff.

Now I have to ask off work just to buy a $151 sticker that should be a couple bucks at most.

    Illinois, the rip off state.
