Pork or, More Politely, “Member Initiatives,” in Democrats’ Budget, Hey, It’s Free Money — 6 Comments

  1. All mostly SOUTH.. Danville a pit in the craphole state.. and to pay for mo illegals.. ruining what there is left to ruin in the State.

  2. I’ve come to the conclusion that Jews are behind the illegal immigrant wave. Not just the traitor jew Mayorkas or the traitor jew Garland (fka Garfinkel), but all underling jews in the various agencies.

A jew hive mentality at work.

Create a multiracial melange, jews get camouflageed.

But they actually ignite the reaction which will burn them.

Classic overreach, yet they’ve done it over and over again.

  3. There is no general prohibition against tax dollars going to private organizations.

It is Democrats and communists who mistakenly believe that.

In the real world, government does not operate that way.

    Arguably it never has.

It is conservatives who have for many years been arguing that private companies and charities are more efficient and closer to the people affected by how the money is spent and therefore should be receiving the funds instead of bureaucracies.

Aren’t you in favor of “school choice” CLM? Think about that…

Private companies also do a lot of labor for the government — think building trades stuff.

What about when a private company gets a contract to build guns or airplanes for the government?

Private companies get money from the government all the time.

Tax money goes to private organizations like battered women shelters and group homes for handicapped people.

There are Supreme Court cases saying government funding CAN go to parochial schools.

The purpose of what it could be spent on used to be narrower but that has been expanded, thanks in large part due to Republican nominees to the Supreme Court and to the chagrin of Democrats, atheists, and communists.
