A friend of McHenry County Blog found the following public notice. Wade through the verbiage and you will see it is about the Family Service Agency that went belly up.

One would wonder if the McHenry County 708 Mental Health Board, which forked over more than a million taxpayer dollars to the failing organization, took any sort of security interest?

Maybe there is a lien on the building.

But, the 708 Board taxing district is not listed here as one of the lienholders.

Note that “all non-record claimants” in this case have until July 5th to file.
