Having discovered that McHenry County Auditor Shannon Teresi, running for State Comptroller, got a $50,000 check from Irvin for Governor on April 1st, I decided to see if others minor candidates on the slate were trearted similaryly.

Looking at his contributions reporrted on April 7th, I found an even bigger donation–$100,000 from the Sangamon County Republican Central Committee.

There was also $35,000 from the Sangamon County Republican Foundation, plus ones running up to $5,000 form a number of other Political Action Committees and some individuals.

Earlier there were mainly $1,000 donations received at what appears to have been a March 20th fundraiser.
